With their Open Government initiative, Nasa is opening its doors to allowing pretty much everyone and anyone to help further the advancement of technology. E-Government – A Visual Insight Mural
Eileen Clegg of Visual Insight presents a mural she created on the promise and challenges of e-government initiatives. The mural was created while Attorney Bill Fenwick, of Fenwick & West, was being interviewed on the subject by Anne Hill, for Dream Talk Radio. E-government is the attempt to bring technology and innovation to bear on the problems of government efficiency and effectiveness. The conversation (and mural) ranged from Doug Engelbart and his vision of collective intelligence, to specific problems in the public sector, and an overview of the potential of e-government initiatives for all levels of civil society.
